Parent Page: List of Retro Cable lineups in the United States

TCI of New York customers in Buffalo, New York, had access to the channels listed below in January of 1989. In the years since, assets of TCI were split up and its broadband internet services sold off to AT&T while its cable television services and franchises were sold off to Charter Communications and then resold again to Comcast. Today, Buffalo receives its services from Charter once again, through Spectrum, after one-time provider Adelphia sold its services in Buffalo to Time Warner Cable after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2006. Time Warner Cable, along with Bright House Networks, were then acquired by and merged into Charter to from Spectrum.

The Buffalo television market includes 10 counties in New York and Pennsylvania, with market hubs in bold text, though its stations also service 7 regional municipalities and counties and one independent city in Ontario, Canada, those regions and areas are NOT officially part of the market:
