Move of new channel listings

Hi Easttxtv. Thanks for your contributions to the site. We don't normally list new or updated channel listings on the TVCL talk page, as such, we've moved the entry to your talk page. Feel free to continue to post the new and revised channel listings here. Thank you again on behalf of the admin team for all your hard work – it's much appreciated. Suddenlink update (copy from "Contact The Admins")

I am a good ways toward being done with TX, incredibly enough. Thankfully, many lineups have been overlapped across 2 or more cities, saving lots of time. Strange that there isn't at least a little more channel lineup consistency (outside of the local station portion of the list of course) among all the lists so far. I have decided to skip some cities, for now, as sources for them either don't exist online or the local station info can't be pinpointed accurately enough (some coastal markets, for example, show availability of local stations but are listed as stations in Wichita Falls, which is totally odd). I have left those cities unlinked/black for now until I (or whoever) can later find a lineup for them that comes off more accurate. The only other issue has been with some lineups out in the Big Country area (west of DFW, southwest of Wichita Falls, east of Lubbock) showing PBS listings but saying they're from a PBS station in Colorado. Most of that area is likely (and more logically) getting their PBS signal from either KERA in Dallas or KTTZ in Lubbock, but I just left the listing as "PBS" without being more specific about the station until that could be verified later. BTW, for the most part, I have been using TVPassport.com for a main source. If there are other/better sites online you all can think of, let me know. Still wondering if Altice will leave all the lineups/cities alone, or they will have some kind of consistency or agenda when they get going. Anyway, that's the latest on that for now. OK, done with Suddenlink in TX. Other than those weird exceptions. Guess I can take a breath before I take on whatever's next. >whew!< Easttxtv (talk) 03:03, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
To Update.... I have since worked on New Mexico (complete), Kansas (complete), Tennessee (complete), Mississippi (complete), and Missouri (a few cities/towns). I've not had as much time lately to work on cable systems or TV markets, due to issues away from the computer. Will try to get back to things soon. Easttxtv (talk) 12:20, 1 October 2018 (UTC)

Hotel TV Listings proposed section? (-update-)

Several weeks ago, I proposed to the admins, about adding a Hotel TV Listings section. While admirable, they felt like it was more than what I could do to proceed. Undaunted, I set it up anyway, including the first listing I was able to get. In time, I plan to find more hotel TV lists, with the help of hotel employees and/or those that stay in hotels. More updates, hopefully, to come.... Easttxtv (talk) 12:27, 1 October 2018 (UTC)
