NYNEX (New York New England EXchange) was an American telephone company that served five states of the New England region (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont) as well as most of the state of New York, operating from 1984 until it merged with Bell Atlantic in 1997, itself merged with GTE to form Verizon in 2000.

Apart from operating in these states, it also had operations overseas, most notably in Belgium's Brussels region, Gibraltar, the Philippines and the United Kingdom (of which its assets now belong to Virgin Media).

Below is a list of channels that NYNEX offered to its customers in Bolton, Greater Manchester as of February 1994 under its CableComms brand for the United Kingdom. Channel numbers are taken from http://dmsltd.co/Resources/Cable-archives/NYNEX/nynex.html.

This list does not contain radio channels.
