This is the channel lineup found at Beach House Hotel in Half Moon Bay, Calif., from July 25th, 2025. The provider was Xfinity (a.k.a. Comcast).

NOTE: This is from 2025, so the lineup may have changed, as some channels have either gone defunct, moved, or been added to the lineup.
