Warner Cable customers in the towns and cities of Menasha, Neenah and Oshkosh, Wisconsin had access to the channels listed below in September of 1974. Warner Cable later became Time Warner Cable when Warner Communications and Time, Inc. (then-parent company of TIME, Sports Illustrated and Entertainment Weekly) merged to form Time Warner in 1990. Time Warner Cable was later spun-off and became its own independent, standalone company in 2009 before the company, along with Bright House Networks were acquired, merged, absorbed and integrated into Spectrum by Charter in 2016. Today, Charter Spectrum still provides services to all three areas.
