Huhutong is a Chinese free satellite television platform operating by administrative center for the DTH service in China, part of National Radio and Television Administraion.The TV services are transmitted from the Chinasat 9C, located at 92.2° East, and encrypted in NDS,uses Chinese own format ABS-S to transmit. It has 5 generations of set-top box(including 3.5Gen HD box with location based on cell phone base station lock.), currently is using 4Gen box with has Beidou Satellite location lock and cardless CA function. It has exclusive local directional coverage channels in some regions.

To receive Huhutong service on 4th Gen box, you need a ku-band LNB with Main frequency on 10.75Ghz with Dual-Circular polarization and built-in Beidou Receive antenna,the sat dish size start from 25cm or bigger.
Totally it has 96 TV channels including 34 HD channels,61 SD channels and the test channel.
